Spiced Apple Milkshake
Method
- Heat the oven to 110ºC. Cut one of the apples in half horizontally and cut eight very thin slices. Place these on a rack and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the apple slices are golden brown.
- Turn the oven up to 180ºC. Remove the cores from the rest of the apples, keeping them whole, and place the apples on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until they are very soft then remove from the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes.
- Remove the skins from the apples and place the flesh in a blender with the honey, yoghurt and cinnamon. Blend until smooth then pour into glasses and add the ice cream. Garnish with the dried apple slices and serve immediately.

- 1 tbsp. Honey
